This privacy policy applies to the Somikoron PMS app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Somikoron IT Ltd (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

Personal and Sensitive Information

For a better experience and to provide core functionalities, the Application requires access to the following sensitive data:

• Precise Location (Including Background Location): Used strictly for internal app functionality including staff attendance tracking, real-time field staff monitoring, and project site visit verification. Location data is collected continuously or in the background (even when the app is closed or not in use) solely to verify employee presence at designated work sites for attendance and management purposes.

Important Note on Tracking: We do not use, collect, or share precise location data or any other user data for third-party tracking, advertising, or data brokerage purposes. All collected data remains strictly within the application's ecosystem for enterprise management.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.

• Google Play Services / Apple App Store Services

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• As required by law
• To protect rights and safety
• To investigate fraud
• To trusted service providers working on their behalf

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes. You may also disable location permissions at any time through your device system settings, though doing so may limit core features like attendance submission.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (including Location history for attendance records) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter in accordance with company employment policies.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If a child under 13 provides personal information, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

The Service Provider implements safeguards such as HTTPS encryption to protect your sensitive information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
